I read that and I'm totally perplexed by the whole thing. I don't know if they even approached Kelli or not, she didn't say anything about AMC at
all when I heard from her. So, if this is really, truly THE Di Henry who's coming back, and if the spoilers are true about her getting killed, I'm very
glad it's not Kelli in the role. I wouldn't want her to waste her time on going back for that kind of crap, she's too good for that. But this shows
me that some things never change and AMC still sucks LOL

I'm actually quite interested in AMC right now. I see Pratt as restructuring the whole show, but also laying a foundation which makes it possible to tell
coherent stories that build one on the other. Maybe I'm delusional, lol. I might not like all his choices but... if he rebuilds the lost foundations of AMC
the overall show will likely improve (it's hard for it to get worse.. and it has improved since he took over).
I'm not wild about Di dying... BUT... looking at it from the POV of a headwriter that is trying to use the past and put the broken and misused chess peices back into a play, it might make sense. Here is Pine Valley Bulletin's blurb on the recast (scroll down a bit) : http://thepinevalleybulletin.blogspot.com/ |

It's never going to make sense to me. They had no interest whatsoever in Di when she was there, so I really hate the idea of them trotting her out as a
plot point after she's been gone a year (and had a 'happy' ending) just to kill her off. Totally, 100% not necessary. I think it's insulting,
and just further proof that they never gave a damn about the character or the fans who did.
